My dealer felt the issue is one of the bluetooth chipset in the Jeep. To provide my wife with her choice of music, I upgraded to Premium Family. Pandora was installed in a Samsung S8 and it worked great for many years. I have been a Pandora fan since it came out. I have the same issue in our 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 430 head unit. Go to your Android Settings, then Apps & Notifications, then Pandora. From there, tap Advanced > Battery >Background restriction. You will be prompted to remove the restriction. To get to the App info for Pandora:Įither long press on the icon on the home screen, then tap the (i) that appears, or You can adjust these settings in the App info section of your device. Second, if you have a battery saver or task manager app, make exceptions for Pandora or try turning it off completely. On the storage details page tap Clear Data. Tap Music Quality and look under the Streaming header. To do this, open Spotify and tap the gear icon in the top-right corner of the screen. You should also ensure that Spotify is not automatically attempting to stream at a higher quality than what is capable. If this isn’t possible, lower the quality of your stream. If you are streaming music at the highest quality possible and you are not achieving the results you want, try connecting to WiFi. In many cases, 3G is not sufficient for lossless quality. These speeds need to remain at this level or higher consistently or the quality of your music will waver, often resulting in pauses.
